In this key role, you’ll be the trusted connection between our customers and service technicians—helping drivers understand their vehicle needs, coordinating appointments, and delivering the outstanding experience our dealership is known for.

What You’ll Do Welcome service customers promptly and professionally—because a great attitude sets the tone. Listen carefully to customer concerns and clearly communicate repair needs to service technicians.

Recommend additional services using a low-pressure, high-integrity approach that builds trust. Provide accurate repair and maintenance estimates so customers can make confident decisions. Follow dealership policies for vehicle care, handling, and operation. Keep customers updated throughout the repair process and follow up to ensure a smooth experience.

Sell and manage extended warranty options that add value and peace of mind for customers. Review completed repairs for quality and confirm all work has been finished properly. Notify customers when their vehicles are ready for pickup and make the handoff easy and positive. Review repairs and associated costs with customers in a clear, helpful, and professional way.

Resolve minor customer concerns with patience, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset. Keep the Service Manager informed of current issues, customer concerns, and potential problems. Help maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores that reflect our commitment to excellent service.
