Senior Caregiver – Overnight & 12-Hour Shifts | Homer Glen & Lemont

If you have caregiving experience and are comfortable working overnight shifts, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while helping clients feel safe and supported at home.

What You'll Do

• Assist with personal care and nighttime routines
• Help with toileting, repositioning, and mobility as needed
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer overnight safety supervision and companionship
• Assist with meals and hydration
• Complete light household tasks related to client care
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition

Shift Details

• Overnight shifts
• 8-hour and 12-hour opportunities
• Weekday and weekend assignments may be available
• Ongoing cases based on client needs and caregiver availability

Pay & Benefits

• $19/hour, paid biweekly
• Paid training
• PTO and health benefits (eligibility requirements apply)

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, CNA/HHA, DSP, or a similar setting
• Comfortable providing personal care and working independently
• Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation, as applicable to the assignment
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to complete required background screenings
