Open Arms Solutionsis looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers with experience supporting seniors living withdementia or Alzheimer’s disease.

If you enjoy helping seniors maintain their comfort, dignity, and daily routines, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference through personalized in-home care.

We’re seeking caregivers available for weekday daytime shifts at least 3 days per week in Oak Brook and nearby DuPage County communities.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities
• Provide patient, compassionate support for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s
• Encourage familiar routines, engagement, and companionship
• Prepare meals and assist with hydration
• Provide medication reminders
• Help with mobility and maintain a safe home environment
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry related to client care
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition or behavior

Schedule

• Day shifts on weekdays
• Available at least 3 days per week
• Ongoing assignments based on client needs and caregiver availability

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Previous experience caring for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease
• Experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, CNA/HHA, DSP, or a similar setting
• Patience, reliability, and the ability to provide calm, respectful care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone for communication and care-related documentation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to complete required background screenings
