Sales Support Specialist

Join our Sales team as a Sales Support Specialist and play a key role in enabling efficient sales execution across the region. Through quotation management, commercial coordination, and operational support, you will help ensure reliable sales processes and an outstanding customer experience. Based in Brussels, you will collaborate closely with regional sales teams and cross-functional partners to help drive customer success and business growth. Grow with us – Your Responsibilities Prepare and maintain customer quotations in CRM, SAP and related sales support tools to ensure accuracy, consistency and timely customer responses Process sales leads and customer requests while supporting efficient follow-up and sales execution across the region Coordinate RFIs, RFQs and customer questionnaires by collaborating with internal stakeholders and ensuring high-quality submissions Support pricing, quotation and commercial administration activities in line with established processes and commercial guidelines Coordinate demonstration equipment activities, including scheduling, shipment, returns and documentation management Organize and coordinate requests for sales literature, product samples and technical documentation to support customer engagement activities Maintain high-quality customer and commercial data across relevant systems to ensure reliable business information and process effectiveness Collaborate closely with regional sales teams and internal stakeholders to support seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction What Will Convince Us Commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification Initial professional experience in sales support, inside sales, commercial operations or customer service Understanding of sales processes, pricing principles and quotation management activities Experience working with CRM systems, SAP and sales support tools Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills in a collaborative business environment Structured, detail-oriented and reliable working style Fluent French and English language skills About Sartorius Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
