Assist with determining the workforce, recruitment and hiring of new staff Provide leadership support and direction to team members Assists in the responsibility of all hotel cash flow Must have working knowledge of specific property management systems used at the property Maintain high standard of hospitality and service Maintain high visibility throughout the property Requires excellent communication skills Grow with us.
