Feed Delivery Supervisor**DELAWARE/DELMAR**

Supervise dispatchers and feed order clerk Coordinate with 3 rd party contract feed haulers Primary contact for service technicians and field staff regarding feed orders, inventories, and delivery times Manage feed inventory and quality control Requirements: Ability to be on call and cover shifts when needed High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of dispatch experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in agriculture, manufacturing, or logistics Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in logistics or Agriculture, preferred but not required Competencies: Core Competencies Safety Quality Yield Cost Relationships Team Member Code Safety starts and ends with you People eat what we make Hard work always pays off Doing what’s right is never wrong Communicate, Communicate, Communicate
