Agricultural Laborer

Under the supervision of the Farm Manager, the incumbent performs agricultural labor duties and skilled tasks as related to farming. Will assist in preparing soil, planting, maintaining and harvesting crops, assisting with heavy lifting, overall grounds keeping, miscellaneous odd jobs in the installation and year-round maintenance as assigned.

Completes construction and maintenance of fencing and related items. Maintenance of grounds in all areas as assigned. Power washes and disinfects all equipment as assigned. Must maintain a valid driver's license; must provide a yearly DMV Certified Driving History. High school diploma or GED and two years' experience in agricultural farming required.
