Plant Manager

HR Fabrika is a company specializing in providing HR services, covering a wide range of areas including recruitment and selection, organizational design, and consulting services. For our client, a leading FMCG company with a strong portfolio of well-established consumer brands and a significant presence across regional markets we are seeking an experienced and results-driven candidate to join their team as: Plant Manager Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all production activities to ensure uninterrupted product supply and achievement of production targets.

Drive operational excellence through process optimization, continuous improvement initiatives, and cost-efficiency programs. Manage production planning, resource allocation, workforce, and daily manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with quality standards, oversee KPI performance, and implement corrective and preventive actions when needed.

Supervise maintenance activities and support the introduction of new technologies, processes, and products. Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement. Lead, develop, and motivate production teams through clear goal setting, coaching, performance management, and training.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and integrated management system requirements. Monitor the effective use of materials, energy, equipment, and labor resources to maximize operational efficiency. Prepare operational reports, performance analyses, and improvement recommendations Requirements Proven experience in a Plant Manager or similar manufacturing leadership role.

Strong knowledge of production planning, quality management systems, and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience managing large teams in a manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of HSE, fire protection, and workplace safety standards. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to drive change, improve processes, and achieve operational targets.

Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in English.
