Evaluation Supervisor DPP

DEFINITION Under the general supervision of the Assistant Commissioner and/or Deputy Commissioner of Procurement, an employee in this position performs highly professional work that involves the evaluation of bids and proposals, thereby developing specifications for evaluations. The Evaluation  Supervisor  is p rimarily responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and supervising the management of b i ds /proposals  and evaluations  and  must be familiar with Virgin Islands Rules and Regulations affecting the  p rocurement  p rocess.

This position requires a confidential relationship  to  a policymaker.
