As a Commis Chef, you will support meal preparation for up to 5000 guests and crew in some of the largest state-of-the-art kitchens at sea.

You will prepare salads, peel fruits and vegetables and perform other general culinary responsibilities, such as cleaning and sanitizing, as directed by the Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie.
