• Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to resolve billing discrepancies
• Stay updated on insurance policies, coding requirements, and billing regulations
• Assist patients with billing inquiries and explain insurance coverage and payment options
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in healthcare insurance billing or medical billing and coding
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance policies, and billing software
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and billing systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to analyze and resolve billing issues efficiently
