The Role As a Dishwasher at Bonrue, you'll do more than clean dishes—you'll create the conditions for excellence. Our pastry chefs, baristas, and prep teams rely on you to keep everything spotless, stocked, and ready for the rush.

What You'll Do

Wash and sanitize dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and equipment by hand or machine Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dish area at all times Monitor water temperature and cleanliness for health and safety Manage trash removal and kitchen sanitation routines Restock tableware and kitchen tools quickly and efficiently Track detergent and cleaning supplies—never run out when we need them most Support teammates in any area that needs a hand Alert the Kitchen Manager to any issues with equipment or dish machines Who You Are You might be a great fit if you: Take pride in precision and cleanliness Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Have a strong work ethic and a team-first mentality Communicate clearly and show up reliably Are willing to get certified (Food Handler's, Serv.
