Refund Processor

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour APS Medical Billing located in Toledo Ohio, is looking for a motivated individual to join our payments team as a refund processor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for evaluating credit balance accounts and issuing credit refunds when due Strong understanding of the medical billing revenue cycle Experience in reading EOBs Meets productivity and quality measures Performs other duties as necessary Qualification Requirements Minimum of one year experience in Medical Billing / Payment Posting Confidential and Trustworthy High level of attention to detail Strong computer skills Strong communication skills Benefits Package includes Paid Time Off Medical plan Health Savings Account Alight – Personal Health Care Advisor Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K Paid holidays EAP
