Regional Director, Nursing Services (OKC)

This position is located in OKC area. The Regional Director, Nursing Services provides leadership for nursing services across an assigned region. This role ensures safe, high-quality care that meets organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based standards. Serving as the link between the Vice President of Nursing Services and regional nursing leaders, the Director promotes consistency in nursing practices, workforce management, quality improvement, integrated care, and regulatory compliance.

The role collaborates with operational, clinical, medical, and behavioral health leaders to advance patient care and population health while supporting the organization's mission of comprehensive, person-centered services.
