Pharmacy Manager

The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the daily operational, clinical, financial, and regulatory performance of an assigned pharmacy location. This position provides leadership and oversight to pharmacy staff, ensures the safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy services, promotes patient-centered care, and maintains compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and organizational requirements. This serves as a key liaison between Pharmacy Services and other Family & Children’s Services programs, fostering collaboration, addressing operational and medication-related concerns, and supporting agency-wide initiatives that enhance patient care, medication access, and overall service delivery.
