Requirements

We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven professional who can optimize revenue operations, streamline sales and marketing processes, and drive business growth through effective systems, processes, and analytics. Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement Revenue Operations processes using HubSpot and related tools.

Work across Sales, Marketing and Customer/Service Operations. Configure and optimize CRM pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages and processes. Build automation and workflows to improve lead management and sales operations. Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms and business systems. Work with APIs, data synchronization and CRM integrations.

Analyze sales and marketing processes and identify operational gaps. Build dashboards and reports for revenue and business performance. Support lead routing, qualification, pipeline management and reporting. Handle CRM data cleanup, migration and process optimization. Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable RevOps solutions.
