Promotion Associate - Shopee

Support Business Development & Marketing team to generate promotion programs: Voucher: platform voucher, seller voucher, free shipping voucher, and other types of vouchers Pricetag: product promotions, flash sale, bundle deals, add-on deals, and other types of pricetags Ensure confidentiality of all information during the process; Identify loopholes or false information in the requests and cancel them from further processing; Coordinate with other teams to validate the information on requirements; Monitoring urgent request queues on working shifts and executing the request accordingly; Brainstorming with the team leader to solve voucher/pricetag issues and improve the process; Provide the necessary information for the Customer Service team to resolve user-reported issues and ensure a good user experience; Work on shift or follow by Team Lead arrange; Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned.

Willingness to work in shifts; Nimble, careful, and enjoy working on details; Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed; Data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel; Command of communication, negotiation, and problem-solving; Have a service mindset.
