Discover more about Mercure Gold Coast at: www.mercuregoldcoastresort.com.au Where you’ll be working Overlooking the Resort’s sparkling pool and the Palm Meadows Golf Course, you’ll be serving guests and leading the F&B team in our locally inspired restaurant, The Green Dining, and supervising our Banquets team across our many conference and event spaces.
