Competitive Shift Differentials for Evening and Overnight Shifts +$1.50/hour Weekend Differential for Saturday and Sunday hours worked +$5.00/hour Extra Shift Incentive when picking up approved shifts outside your regular schedule 24 hours+ Available Shifts : Full-Time 7AM-3PM; 3PM-11PM; 11PM-7AM Part-Time 7AM-3PM; 11PM-7AM Per Diem- minimum of 2 weekend shifts a month Responsibilities: Assists residents in daily bathing, grooming, dental care, bowel and bladder functions, dressing, walking and wheelchair use, positioning in and out of bed.

Certified Nurse’s Assistant documents personal care given according to facility policies. Provides nursing functions as directed including perineal care, making beds, turning residents, measures and records temperature, weight, pulse and respiration. C.N.A. Certified Nurse’s Assistant observes and reports to supervisor changes in residents’ condition, including any skin breakdowns.

Reports immediately all accidents or injuries. Records all necessary charting entries. Answers all call lights regardless of assignment. Responds to emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

Qualifications

Must hold current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing. No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry. Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions. Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards residents and their support networks. Per diem staff are expected to fulfill (2) shifts monthly to meet requirements.
