Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and offering excellent customer support.

Greet and assist customers with inquiries and concerns. Resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships. Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information. Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction metrics.

Handle customer feedback and suggestions effectively. Ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-centric approach and a passion for building relationships. Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. A positive and friendly attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Basic knowledge of BFSI industry is an advantage.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
