Revenue Cycle Manager

THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION The Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM) will lead and manage a revenue cycle team/region, providing direct supervision to assigned associates while driving proactive communication, informed decision-making, and decisive action to ensure success. To meet objectives, the RCM will partner closely with other RCMs, Sr. Managers, assigned clients, and cross functional stakeholders to assess and support the staffing, tools, coaching, and training needs of the region—contributing to both individual team success and the organization’s continued growth
