A private family in Doha is recruiting a UK & European-trained private physician for the family's confidential household appointment. The family wants dependable medical authority within the rhythm of a private household. When plans take the family abroad from Doha, you travel alongside them, and the rhythm of the household is protected wherever it settles.

When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. Your contract is with the family directly, after we have introduced and verified you.

Requirements

The role requires a medical degree and current registration as a family medicine physician (GP) from a UK or European body. At least 5 years of unsupervised clinical experience so that you manage a routine confidently. Training and licensing must sit within a UK or European system for this private physician post, verified by us at the very start.

Excellent English and a signed confidentiality agreement are essential to this appointment. Composure, good judgement and a trusted presence at home are required. You need to be able to travel internationally as part of the role.

Benefits

The gross package is £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, structured for lasting tenure, based in Doha. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family arranges and pays for accommodation within its residence, and journeys.
