Studio Assistant

Consol is a growing national tanning brand with 58 studios nation-wide (and counting!), leading the field in safe and responsible tanning. We want you to be a part of our future! An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Eastleigh studio for a Studio Assistant. This is a permanent position with contracted shifts as outlined below.

Additional shifts may also be available to cover staff holidays and absence. Working Hours; Week 1: Tuesday & Wednesday: 3pm - 8pm | Friday: 10am - 3pm Week 2: Tuesday: 10am - 3pm | Friday: 3pm - 8pm | Saturday: 10am - 5pm | Sunday: 11am - 5pm Week 3: Tuesday & Wednesday: 3pm - 8pm | Friday: 10am - 3pm Week 4: Tuesday 10am - 3pm | Wednesday & Friday: 3pm - 8pm As a Studio Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the studio by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and assisting with sales and stock replenishment.

You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager and team to ensure the studio is welcoming, safe and operating smoothly at all times.

What we are looking for

Previous customer-facing experience English GCSE or an equivalent qualification, or demonstrable communication skills Experience working towards a goal or target through previous roles or education Ability to attend mandatory training Good time management skills Motivation to succeed and take on new challenges Desirable: Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment Experience or interest in the health and beauty industry Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness What we are offering: £12.
