• Haxtun, CO, Position Type: PRN, Salary Range: $50.00 - $85.00Commission, Job Shift: On-Call, Ambulance Driver If you're looking for flexible, PRN-only work and a meaningful way to support patients in your community, Haxtun Health Ambulance might be the perfect fit. Unlike a typical 9-to-5 position, this role does not have regularly scheduled shifts. Instead, our dedicated responders provide coverage on an as-needed basis. Application Deadline: Applications are accepted on a regular basis. Here's how it works: Weekday coverage is handled by the first available responders who can answer the call. Weekend coverage is provided by two on-call responders from Saturday at 6:00 a.m. to Monday at 6:00 a.m. During this time, you'll receive on-call hourly pay. In addition to on-call pay, you'll also earn commission based on a per-trip basis for every call you take. As an Ambulance Driver you would respond to calls for Inter-facility transfers to provide efficient and immediate care to the critically ill and injured, and to transport the patient to a medical facility under the guidelines outlined in the Haxtun Ambulance EMS Protocols.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Current valid Driver’s License Must be at least 23 years of age Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
