Customer Service Executive Summary We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for our clientele within the Customer Service sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction by managing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering positive relationships.

Responsibilities

Actively listen to customer inquiries and concerns to fully understand their needs and expectations. Apply problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and implement effective solutions for client issues. Manage customer interactions professionally, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the service journey.

Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively. Handle incoming voice calls to provide timely assistance and guidance to callers. Investigate and resolve customer queries accurately, ensuring all concerns are addressed to satisfaction.

Requirements

Possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role. Demonstrate proficiency in active listening and the ability to interpret customer needs accurately. Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities to navigate complex situations with ease. Show expertise in customer handling and relationship management.

Maintain excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Have a solid background in voice process operations and query resolution. Salary range: ₹1-3 LPA.
