Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and document patient health status, reporting changes to supervising nursing staff
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration for clients
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environment
• Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises or therapy routines
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being Requirements:
• Valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification in the state of Nevada
• Prior experience in home health, personal care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a home environment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor with a client-first attitude
