Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to manage warehouse infrastructure projects, including pallet racking, mezzanines, shelving, dock equipment, and sprinkler system upgrades.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from planning through installation and completion. Prepare estimates, proposals, and material take-offs. Coordinate vendors, materials, customers, engineers, and city officials. Understand construction permits and regulatory requirements. Read technical drawings and coordinate with AutoCAD designers. Conduct job site visits and ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of construction-related experience, preferably in warehouse buildouts, racking, or conveyors. Ability to read technical drawings and working knowledge of AutoCAD. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.

Experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica Mandarin language skills are a plus. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
