Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution. Coordinate with clients, general contractors, field teams, vendors, and suppliers. Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and materials. Track material deliveries, labor costs, billing, and change orders. Conduct site visits to ensure quality and installation standards.

Identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

3–5+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, contracts, budgets, and job costing. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Preferred: Division 10 or specialty architectural products experience, Bluebeam, Procore, or Monday.com. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
