What You'll Do:**

Manage & Grow Your Territory:** Prospect, network, and close premium residential service contracts.

Consult & Inspect:** Meet with homeowners on-site, inspect properties, and build customized property solutions.

Deliver 5-Star Service:** Follow up after jobs to ensure 100% client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Collaborate:** Work closely with our operations team to ensure jobs are completed seamlessly.

What You Bring:**

3+ years of success in B2C outside sales or account management.

Strong negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills.

Comfortable speaking with affluent clientele.

21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Tech-comfortable and eager to learn the green industry.
