Indirect Category Buyer Supervisor

Your Tasks Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including market analysis, supplier selection, RFx processes, negotiations, and contract management. Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective sourcing strategies. Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation initiatives across indirect spend categories.

Manage supplier performance, commercial negotiations, and contract renewals. Implement regional and global procurement strategies while providing local market insights. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and sustainability requirements. Monitor procurement performance, spend visibility, and savings targets.

Act as the local Procurement representative for Indonesia, supporting stakeholder engagement, procurement communications, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Profile

This opportunity is only open to professionals based in Indonesia. Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Category Management. Proven track record of managing sourcing projects, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities.

Experience working in a regional or multinational environment is highly advantageous. Strong analytical, commercial, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions, cultures, and geographies. Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and other local languages is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in procurement systems and digital sourcing tools.
