Rehab Technician I (1.0 FTE Alternating)

Franciscan Health Dyer Campus 24 Joliet St Dyer, Indiana 46311 The Rehabilitation Technician I is responsible for supporting Licensed Clinical Staff in assisting patients with rehabilitation services. This position prepares the treatment environment for care and works collaboratively in a team environment. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Schedule: Monday/Wednesday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Tuesday/Thursday 10:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m., and Friday 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Provides hands-on assistance at the direction of the Supervising Therapist. Transports patients to and from therapy area, as required. Maintains a clean environment prepared for patient care.

As applicable, maintains department equipment by cleaning, disinfecting, maintaining orderly condition and reporting defective equipment. Monitors inventory needs for required department equipment and supplies; places orders as required to maintain appropriate inventory levels. Performs clerical duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma/GED Preferred 1 Year Patient Care Experience Preferred Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
