About the Role

You’ll work alongside a high-growth, dynamic team advising top-tier lead arrangers, direct lenders, corporates, and issuers. The practice spans a wide spectrum of transactions including: First lien, unitranche, stretch senior, second lien, and subordinated loans ABL facilities, subscription, and NAV facilities Structured equity investments and non-traditional preferred stock financings Equity co-investments and debt capital markets transactions The ideal candidate brings at least 9 years of leveraged finance or related transactional experience (private credit, structured finance, or fund finance).

This is a front-facing, client-driven role with ample leadership responsibility and upward mobility. What We’re Looking For: JD from a top-tier law school Admitted to practice in New York Deep transactional experience from an Am.
