Deliver high-quality travel and concierge servicing during after-hours operations Support a wide range of requests including travel bookings, changes, disruptions, and concierge inquiries Provide personalized recommendations and create tailored travel and lifestyle experiences Resolve complex issues independently with sound judgment and minimal escalation support Maintain service continuity across multiple servicing functions Meet performance expectations across quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction Minimum Qualifications: Experience in a contact center or shared services environment Educational Attainment: At least High School Graduate Fluency in both spoken and written English and French – required Strong computer proficiency, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and travel tools simultaneously (Sabre GDS training provided) Strong multitasking and time management skills across multiple channels High level of ownership and ability to work independently Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure Preferred Qualifications: TICO certification is required.

Experience with Sabre GDS strongly preferred Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the Philippines is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
