Overview
At Holley Performance Brands, Euro Division, we live and breathe performance. The Director of Division Marketing for the Euro Division is the commercial marketing lead responsible for the “voice” of our brands. You will serve as the bridge between our technical product experts and Holley’s centralized Marketing Center of Excellence.
Your goal is to take the technical excellence of APR and Dinan and translate it into compelling, revenue-driving campaigns. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Division Marketing to help elevate our brands, expand market share, and define the future of our Euro Division portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing Strategy & Leadership Collaborate with the Division Leader and Product Management to help shape the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and business goals. Support the product portfolio team by evaluating market trends, customer feedback, sales performance, and competitive positioning to ensure product marketing strategies remain relevant and responsive to the market.
Go-to-Market Ownership Develop and lead comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product introductions and major product updates. Coordinate launch activities across cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, Brand Marketing, and eCommerce. Define and execute lifecycle marketing plans to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and long-term performance.
Positioning, Messaging & Enablement Craft compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for target customer segments. Oversee the development of product-related content, including sales enablement tools, digital assets, videos, installation guides, and email campaigns. Train and equip internal teams and partners to effectively communicate product and brand value.
Market Intelligence & Performance Analysis Analyze the competitive landscape, customer insights, and market dynamics to inform strategic marketing decisions. Define and track KPIs related to product performance, campaign ROI, and customer acquisition. Leverage insights to optimize product positioning, pricing, promotional strategies, and future marketing efforts.
Matrix Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization, partnering closely with Holley’s Marketing Center of Excellence. Ensure division marketing initiatives consistently align with established governance standards, brand expectations, and business priorities. Contribute to the continued development and effectiveness of the matrix organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in the automotive aftermarket, performance products, or technical consumer goods. Demonstrated success in leading product strategy and launching high-impact marketing initiatives. Strong understanding of motorsports and powersports enthusiasts, automotive performance market, trends, and buyer personas.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute with excellence and speed. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration. Data-driven mindset with fluency in analytics tools and performance tracking. Experience in Performance Media marketing in required Experience with platforms like Hub.
Spot, Shopify, Google Analytics, and PIM/ERP systems a plus.
