Position Details: Full-Time Location: Culver City Key Responsibilities Oversee the development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of social, recreational, arts, and enrichment programs Build and maintain strong relationships with Regional Centers, referral agencies, funding sources, families, and community partners Ensure programs meet organizational, contractual, regulatory, safety, and quality standards Manage all program documentation, reporting, records, authorizations, billing, reimbursement, and administrative requirements Recruit, hire, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate staff, interns, and volunteers Develop and manage staffing plans, schedules, facilities, equipment, supplies, and other program resources Conduct participant screenings, interviews, and intake meetings, while addressing parent, consumer, and staff concerns professionally.
Lead parent support groups, social skills and skill-building groups, after-school programs, weekend activities, seasonal camps, and special events Develop marketing, outreach, and community engagement strategies to increase program awareness, participation, and utilization Oversee budgets, expenditures, purchasing, revenue, fiscal management, compliance, professional standards, and other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Education, or a related field At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder, particularly toddlers, youth, and teens Experience developing camp and after-school enrichment programs, with strong skills in program implementation, management, evaluation, and continuous improvement Demonstrated experience recruiting, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating staff, along with strong leadership and staff-development skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, data entry, tracking systems, billing, invoicing, budgeting, and maintaining program records Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, marketing, outreach, networking, and partnership-building abilities; creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Sound judgment and initiative; flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends; valid California driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance Spanish proficiency preferred Benefits Help Group offers wonderful training opportunities, a supportive, professional work environment, and great benefits, including: Insurance plans for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance - options for 100% employer sponsored plans 403b Retirement Plan 529 College Savings Plan Sick and Vacation Time Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Account Benefit Hub

Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
