In June 2026, the collection expanded with the opening of THE NICI Newquay and THE NICI New Forest, marking the beginning of an exciting growth journey for the brand. The Role We are looking for a dedicated Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team and help ensure our guest bedrooms are maintained to the highest standards.

As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience by ensuring every bedroom is clean, comfortable, well presented, and ready for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a consistently high standard. Make beds and change bed linen and towels as required. Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean all bedroom and bathroom areas. Replenish guest amenities and supplies. Ensure bedrooms are presented in line with THE NICI's standards. Identify and report maintenance issues, damage, or missing items.

Handle guest belongings with care and respect guest privacy at all times. Maintain cleaning equipment and housekeeping trolleys to a high standard. Complete assigned rooms within the required timeframes while maintaining quality. Follow health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping procedures. Support the wider Housekeeping team when required.

About You

Excellent attention to detail. High standards of cleanliness and presentation. Reliable, hardworking, and professional. Able to work efficiently while maintaining high standards. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues. Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is desirable but not essential.
