About the team
The Seed LLM team is dedicated to advancing the next generation of LLMs and solving fundamental challenges in LLM development. Our areas of focus include model pretraining, posttraining, inference, memory capabilities, learning, interpretability and other related directions. We dive deep into the latest technologies and create comprehensive solutions from concept to completion. In our endeavor to adopt LLMs in real-life scenarios, we explore methods to enhance applications through technological innovation.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. PhD internships at Our Company provide students with the opportunity to actively contribute to our products and research, as well as to the organization's future plans and emerging technologies. Our dynamic internship experience blends hands-on learning, enriching community-building and professional development events, and collaboration with industry experts. Responsibilities
- Conduct research on foundation models and related systems.
- Explore methods to improve model capabilities, reasoning, and performance, including areas such as post-training, horizon-level capability, and evaluation.
- Design and prototype algorithms, models, or system components.
- Collaborate with the team to advance research directions and outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a PhD in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills and solid foundation in algorithms and data structures, proficient in Python or C/C++.
- Demonstrated research track record with publications in conferences related to natural language processing, machine learning, or large language models.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience related to large-scale models, training, or evaluation.
- Strong problem-solving ability and experience conducting independent research.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a research environment.
