The Specialized Direct Support Professional (SDSP) in the Transportation Response to Individualized Program Services (TRIPS) programs acts as a key member of the I/DD Direct Service Support Team by providing direct crisis response support and/or transportation services to clients of Adjoin. The purpose of this role is to promote the dignity, safety, independence, choices, rights and responsibilities of Adjoin clients through the execution of the SDSP job responsibilities. The SDSP also exemplifies Adjoin’s vision and meet standards of quality, safety, satisfaction and goals of the client to optimize quality of life and independence.
