Front Desk Representative

Position Summary

Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the check in and check out process are handled in an organized and efficient manner including collecting co-pays, deductibles, and patient balances, obtaining credit card on file agreements, and scheduling follow up appointments, diagnostic testing, and specialty injection appointments.

The Front Desk Representative is responsible for preparing paperwork at the start and end of the clinic day, to include verifying all charge slips have been completed, batching daily collections, reconciling missing tickets, creating claims (if applicable), and maintaining correct balance in cash box.
