About the Role

The Construction Manager will oversee construction activities for USACE projects, coordinating contractors, schedules, quality, safety, cost, and contract requirements. Location: Position is on-site (Location to be determined) Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Significant construction management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

USACE experience preferred. CCM, PMP, PE, or related credential preferred. Federal construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction progress and contractor performance. Monitor schedule, cost, safety, and quality. Coordinate inspections, RFIs, submittals, and changes. Conduct project meetings and site visits. Review payment applications and progress reports. Support issue resolution and project closeout. Skills: Construction management, contract administration, scheduling, QA/QC, safety, cost control, field coordination, and stakeholder management.
