Service Operations Supervisor

Under the direction of the Manager, Rotating Equipment Repair Fabrication, the Service Operations Supervisor owns the daily service schedule, coordinates the flow of equipment and parts through the shop, and serves as the primary point of contact for customers tracking repairs. Responsibility scope includes direct supervision of a Service Associate, formal KPI accountability, and clear ownership stake in on-time job delivery.
