Dispatcher

We are seeking a Dispatcher to support the Operations Manager in all aspects of field technician coordination and dispatch. This role involves managing incoming service calls, scheduling and following up on technician assignments, reviewing job tickets for accuracy, and approving them for invoicing. The ideal candidate will also contribute to process improvements that support operational efficiency and informed decision-making by management.
