Credit Processing Analyst

As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our company's back-office operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient credit processing, maintaining high standards of customer service. This role is crucial for our business, as it directly impacts our customers' experience and satisfaction.

Process and analyze credit applications, ensuring accuracy and timely approval. Review and assess customer creditworthiness, considering various factors. Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring data integrity. Collaborate with the customer care team to resolve credit-related inquiries and issues. Implement and adhere to credit policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.

Monitor and manage credit risk, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies. Prepare and present credit-related reports to management, providing insights and recommendations. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing. Provide training and support to junior analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in using credit processing software and MS Office suite.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the BFSI industry. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
