Senior Full Stack Engineer (React.js & Python/Node.js) Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Work Model: Onsite Required Experience: 6–10 Years Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Full Stack Engineer (React.js & Python/Node.js) to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in frontend development using React.js, backend development using Python and/or Node.js, and cloud-based application architecture on AWS.

The role requires the ability to build responsive user interfaces, develop robust backend services, integrate APIs, and deliver reliable applications while following modern software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React.js and Python and/or Node.js . ● Build, deploy, and maintain backend services, APIs, and business logic integrated with AWS infrastructure. ● Develop reusable, responsive, and high-performance React.js components using modern frontend development practices.

● Design, implement, and integrate RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services. ● Work with AWS services, including Lambda, Amplify, API Gateway, and RDS/MySQL, to develop and support cloud-native applications. ● Implement real-time communication and application functionality using Web. Sockets where required. ● Contribute to the design and implementation of microservices, serverless architectures, and event-driven systems.

● Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across frontend and backend components. ● Participate in code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and technical documentation. ● Implement and maintain CI/CD workflows and version control practices to support efficient software delivery. ● Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver business requirements. ● Follow coding standards, software architecture principles, and development best practices. ● Stay updated with emerging technologies and modern practices across React.js, Python, Node.js, and AWS.

Required Skills

and Experience ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. ● 6–10 years of professional experience in full-stack software development. ● Strong backend development expertise using Python and/or Node.js. ● Hands-on experience with React.js for developing responsive, scalable, and interactive user interfaces.

● Strong understanding of component-based architecture, state management, reusable components, and responsive design. ● Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services. ● Practical experience with AWS services, including Lambda, Amplify, API Gateway, and RDS/MySQL. ● Understanding of microservices architecture, serverless computing, and event-driven application design.

● Experience implementing real-time application functionality using Web. Sockets. ● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Git, and version control workflows. ● Strong understanding of application performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting. ● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

● Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage development priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

● Exposure to Docker and containerized application development. ● Familiarity with AWS CDK or AWS Cloud. Formation for infrastructure provisioning. ● Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. ● Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence. ● Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to code quality and engineering best practices.

● Understanding of cloud security, application scalability, and software deployment best practices.
