The Engineer III, IT Infrastructure serves as a Senior Network Firewall Engineer, securing UCT’s global enterprise connectivity across hybrid and multi‑cloud environments. This role architects and operates Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama for centralized policy management, designs Global. Protect VPN solutions, and enforces segmentation and zero trust principles.

It provides Tier 3/4 support, leads incident response, ensures compliance with global standards, and drives automation through APIs and infrastructure‑as‑code. With deep expertise in firewall lifecycle management, cloud security integration, and advanced diagnostics, the engineer strengthens UCT’s global security posture and operational resilience in Malaysia.
