Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Skilled Nursing Facility Now Staffing Full Time Speech Language Pathologists for Rehab Department in state-of-the-art SNFs throughout NYC and Surrounding Areas. We can assist you with setting up a corporation free-of-charge. Ask us how! Pay Rate: $46-$48 Hourly (W-2), $57-$60 Hourly (1099) Speech Language Pathologist Job Duties:

• Provide efficient speech or swallow evaluations and/or screens of patients
• Develop plan of care, downgrade/upgrade as appropriate, manage meal texture
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis. Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software. Proficiency in Rehab Optima + Point Click a plus! Speech Language Pathologists employed by Flagstar Rehab will receive:
