Senior Operations Lead

Overview

Operations Lead/Junior Operations Manager will oversee and ensure supporting back-office tasks specifically for Dispute resolution and Chargebacks across all schemes both for Issuing and Acquiring Business. Must be able to represent the team in various operational requirement gatherings for new product and services and must find ways to further enhance existing processes especially those Toil processes.

What you will do

Overseeing daily operations of Dispute Resolution & Chargeback Ensures 95% ontime in Service Level Agreement Ensures 100% operational readiness for upcoming products/service Staff/People Development Cost reduction thru process enhancements/automation High Audit findings should be remediated What we are looking for: Graduate of any 4-year Business Course With card operations or chargeback operations experience at least 4 years Knowledgeable in credit card chargeback rules across all schemes (Visa, MC, JCB, Amex) Has excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills Able to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Possesses a keen eye for detail
