Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics and other related courses At least 5 years of industry experience in Operations or Business Intelligence with proven business impact Advanced Excel skills (SQL is a plus) Experience project management skills, with excellent attention to detail, a solid data-driven mindset, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders Ability to design project plans, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across all involved parties regarding scope and timelines Skilled in problem structuring, defining clear problem statements, formulating hypotheses, and presenting findings to stakeholders in a user-friendly manner Good command of English to coordinate with stakeholders from across the regions
