• Crookston as a Cut, Grind & Finish Laborer! In this role, you’ll help prepare and finish castings by cutting, grinding, cleaning and inspecting parts. This is a physical, fast-paced position where teamwork and attention to detail matter.

What You'll Do

Cut, grind and finish castings Remove excess material and clean up castings Perform basic visual inspections Operate hand tools and production equipment Keep your work area clean and organized Follow all safety and quality procedures Work as part of a team to keep production moving What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment Comfortable standing, walking, lifting and using hand tools throughout the shift Previous manufacturing or foundry experience is a plus — but we're willing to train the right person!
