Prepaid Senior Product Manager (Fixed-term contract)

We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, looking for vibrant and fast thinking “ Prepaid Senior Product Manager ” to be part of our successful team in our “ Mobile Product Marketing Team ” for a 12-month fixed term contract. You have a challenging mission for: Leading the strategic thinking and planning around proposition, go to market and launch activities to maximize the revenue and growth opportunity.

What will you do:

1. Digital Product Development Define product vision, strategy and roadmap in line with business objectives and customer needs. Lead digital product development from concept through launch and continuous improvement. Work closely with Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams. Identify opportunities for innovation and digital transformation.
2. Project Management Across Business Divisions Lead complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple business units. Establish project objectives, timelines, deliverables and governance. Ensure effective stakeholder alignment and timely delivery. Identify and manage risks, dependencies and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Financial P&L Management Take ownership of product financial performance and P&L. Develop business cases, budgets, forecasts and pricing strategies. Monitor revenues, costs, margins and overall product profitability. Use financial and performance data to drive commercial decisions.
4. Contractual & Client Agreements Lead the development, negotiation and management of client and commercial agreements. Work closely with Legal, Finance, Sales and Commercial teams to ensure robust contractual frameworks. Ensure agreements support business objectives while protecting the company's commercial interests. Manage ongoing contractual commitments and client relationships. It would be great if you have: Experience in telecommunications, technology or digital products. Strong understanding of digital product development and lifecycle management. Proven experience managing complex projects across multiple business divisions. Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership and business-case development. Experience with client contracts, commercial negotiations and contractual agreements. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to translate business needs into actionable product strategies. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on delivery and results. Why join us?
